Probably our most popular knife at our grafting workshop, this straight bladed grafting / budding knife is Italian made. The olive wood handle grips well in the hand. Carbon steel blade for superior sharpness, and a medium sized handle. Carbon blades should be wiped with a lightly oiled rag after use, and sharpened with a diamond sharpener - something like an EZElap sharpener.
