A self-fertile sweet apricot with good-quality fruit, suitable for eating fresh, preserving, drying, etc. A more modern relative of Moorpark, Brillianz will tend to make a small tree, but with better cold and disease resistance. These can be espaliered in a Fan shape only or be grown on a trellis. See the article on Apricots for details.
