Ordering and Payment Information

When do you take orders?

Our ordering system opens each year from mid-late April until September. We accept pre-orders for shipping in winter. We close in mid-September some time or earlier if sold out.

Where do you send your trees?

To all states of Australia (inc WA). We do not ship internationally.

When do you ship them?

Between late July and August of the ordering year. We send our trees in the same order that we receive the orders, so first-in-first-served. An exception to this is WA orders which are sent in a batch because of quarantine.

Why only in winter?

Our trees are sent bare rooted when they become dormant. This happens only in winter months. It is impossible for us to send them outside winter months as they are still in their growth phase.

Ordering

Our ordering system is a first in first served system, and strictly payment with order to allow us to put those stocks aside for you.

ONLINE: We have adopted an online ordering system to allow you to easily see which trees are still in stock and takes the headache out of calculating postage charges. Payment can be made by credit card, direct deposit or by money order /cheque.

By Post: Ordering with a postal order is available for those without internet access. Please include your name, address and phone number so we can call you back to discuss what's available and how much the order will cost.

Payment

Credit Cards are accepted online (Visa, MasterCard but not AE). We have stopped using PayPal due to customer complaint. This is the most convenient for everyone.

Direct Deposit into our bank account.  Account Name: Woodbridge Fruit Trees, BSB: 633-000 (Bendigo bank) Account number: 129796694. Include order number as reference.

Cheques or Money Orders may be sent in to us. Details will be displayed on completion of the order. Orders that havent been paid for within 7 days will be deleted, as we do not operate a quoting system.
