SENDING OUR TREES

When we ship them: between late July and August of this year. We send our trees in the same order that we receive the orders, so first-in-first-served. We do not ship internationally.

Our trees are sent bare rooted when they become deciduous. This happens only in winter when we can dig them up, trim them and then package them. It is impossible for us to send them outside winter months as they are still in their growth phase.

How our trees are packed: We wrap the roots in moist sawdust and enclose them in a plastic bag. The branches are tied together after which the whole bundle is wrapped in cardboard to make a protective cylinder. The trees are generally sent on the same day as they are packed.

Carrrier: We use Australia Post, and have an option to register your parcel.

How to care for them before planting: see our article on receiving your trees.

Please check out our practical things section to prepare for planting and protecting from pests - things you can do long before receiving your trees.
