Harvest and Storage

There are so many different ways to store your fruit after harvest. Make jams, pies, stewed fruit, frozen fresh fruit, chutney's. One favourite way is to dry them: get yourself a drier from any electrical store, and your fruit will keep well and maintain their flavour in a sealed jar. The only trouble is not to let them get eaten!
