We are a family business and only grow small numbers of fruit trees each year. Our ordering system is first in - first served, and each year we sell out leaving some people disappointed that the varieties they’d like are already sold out. That's why we have a substitute system, where you nominate another variety in case the one you wanted has run out. Also check our out of stock page for varieties we know have all been spoken for. If none are to your taste and we can’t supply something similar, request a refund. One never knows which varieties are the first to go, it varies from year to year.

We do not generally send to WA due to quarantine restrictions, although these can be overcome at your cost. It costs about $50 a tree for them to grow them for a year in a quarantine glasshouse, inspect, fumigate, and requires a Statuatory Declaration from us. Enquire at www.agric.wa.gov.au/quarantine.

As it takes a whole year to produce a tree from grafting (or 2 years if you include the rootstock), we can’t just whip up a few more when we run out. After grafting the trees, growing them over summer, we let them lose their leaves and go dormant in winter. Only then can we dig them up and send your order.

Unfortunately we are at the mercy of nature and there are many factors along the way which are not always in our control. We are affected by frost, drought, wind and sometimes flood.

We do take every possible care to grow healthy trees and send these out true to name. However, mistakes do sometimes occur and accidents can happen. Therefore, we can give no warranty expressed or implied as to growth, description or productivity of our trees and can not be held responsible for any trees once they have left the nursery. We do however adhere to the principles of honesty and try and where we have not been able to deliver what we promise.
