GOLDRICH
Early (January - February)
GOLDRICH and RIVAL are both Canadian apricots and produce large trees with a bountiful number of large superior succulent fruit. They are not self fertile, so will need another apricot (preferably a Goldrich with a Rival) for pollination. They may grow on a trellis, but will want to grow larger than a Moorpark. On myrobalan rootstock. $26.

MOORPARK
Early (January - February)
Our favourite well-know old style apricot with great flavour. Makes a compact tree and is self fertile. These do not tolerate being espaliered, but can be grown on a trellis. See the article on Apricots for details. On myrobalan rootstock. $26.

RIVAL
Early (January - February)

GOLDMINE
Second Earlies (February - March)
This is the old white-fleshed Nectarine, ripens late February-March here and has intense rich flavour, but most important of all is fairly resistant to leaf curl. Not a dwarfing tree - grows happily to 4m tall and 4-5m wide. Self fertile. On myrobalan rootstock. $26.
